Deposits and balances run through Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers, and vendors are paid on real bookings.

A few things you might be wondering.
Can our guests fill in their own details?
Yes. Share a contact collection form, or send an invitation with a private household link. Guests can update contacts, RSVP, choose meals and answer your questions. Contact-form submissions wait for your review before joining the guest list.
Can we plan more than one celebration?
Yes. Each event can have its own invited guests, replies, meals, seating and readiness view. Your reception and brunch do not need to share the same arrangements.
Do guests need a VowNook account?
No. Guests open the invitation or contact link in their browser and reply there, including on mobile.
What is included in the free plan?
Free includes a published wedding website, up to 100 guests, RSVP tracking, a budget and checklist. Atelier costs $99 CAD once per wedding and adds seating and advanced planning. Compare plans for the full list of inclusions.
